From the 15th to the 19th of September, Ponta dos Ganchos, in partnership with the Awake Health clinic, presents the second edition of Re-energize.
A success in its first edition, the event returns with a new program. The package includes 4 nights’ accommodation, as well as experiences aimed at physical and emotional well-being such as Yoga classes, functional training, Vibrational Talk, Sound Healing, among other activities.
We are made of energy, so taking care of your vibrational field is crucial. In the vibrational talk by Awake, various techniques are used to raise the frequency of your body to healthier patterns.
Do you struggle to meditate? Then you need to try sound meditation. It is conducted with 19 quartz crystal bowls tuned to the frequency of 432 Hz, the same as that of the universe, to balance the senses and promote a deep sense of well-being, similar to the experience of swimming in the sea or standing under a waterfall.
