Oyster month at Ponta dos Ganchos
To celebrate the period of the year with the highest production of oysters in Santa Catarina, we have prepared several gastronomic experiences and special activities around this delicacy known as the “jewel of the sea.”
We start the month with the presentation of an exclusive menu that will be available to our guests along with the traditional à la carte options. There are various appetizers, dishes, and even delicious desserts featuring oysters as the main ingredient.
Oyster workshop
For guests interested in learning more about oyster cultivation in the region, which is recognized as Brazil’s largest supplier with 95% of the national production, we are organizing a workshop on the subject. The activity will take place on Saturday, September 9th.
Fishing boat
Another suggestion is to book a tour on a fishing boat. An original and unforgettable experience at sea during which our guests can admire the beauties of the Emerald Coast. Onboard, a tasting of oysters is served and paired with sparkling wine.
