PONTA DOS GANCHOS WINE

Salute!

The Super Tuscan, from the 2016 harvest, was developed exclusively for the hotel by Fattoria Lavacchio, located in the hills of Montefisole.

Organic and naturally produced, Ponta dos Ganchos wine undergoes a 24-month aging process in first-pass French oak barrels, followed by at least 18 months in the bottle. A blend of Merlot (65%) and Syrah (35%) grapes, that translates into gustatory notes of plum, dried fruits, oak, and spices, and an exemplary balance between tannins, acidity, and softness.

An elegant wine that pleases many palates. 

The Ponta dos Ganchos red wine is sold exclusively at the hotel. Be sure to try it while staying with us.
